Principal / Managing Consultant – Advisory Practice

Someone who can connect the dots between business needs, technology, and people—and who thrives in collaborative, purpose-driven environments.
Key Responsibilities
Lead client engagements across strategy, transformation, and technology domains.
Contribute to presales activities, including solution design, proposal development, and client presentations.
Partner with sales and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions.
Support the development of consulting capability aligned to market demand and emerging trends.
Build trusted client relationships and identify opportunities for ongoing collaboration.
Champion Datacom's consulting-led approach to technology, reinforcing our market presence and client value.
What We're Looking For
Proven consulting experience with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
Strong presales capability, including shaping solutions and engaging stakeholders.
A growth mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and contribute to scaling offerings.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience working across the Australian market is highly desirable.
