Your opportunity
Reporting to the Head of Pre Contracts & Risk, the Contract Administrator will sit within the project commercial team and be accountable for:
* Effectively managing the administration of all subcontract and supplier contracts
* Managing the financial administration for the project
* Managing the site office administration for the project
* Assisting the Project Manager in the preparation and review of the project monthly report including providing workings completed, programme and cost data
* Developing and managing own work schedule to deliver required outputs to expected quality and within timeframes
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Economics / Law / Business
* Experience in Tier1 projects highly regarded
* Proven experience managing contracts in a similar projects
* Knowledge and understanding of the legal requirements involved in specific contracts
* Working knowledge of accounting principles
