We're growing at True Foods and we're on the lookout for a Customer Service Team Leader to jump in and help lead the way.
About the Role
As our Customer Service Team Leader, you'll lead the day‐to‐day execution of customer order processing together with a capable, confident team, to deliver a high standard of service — every time.
You'll sit at the centre of our supply chain, working closely with Planning, Warehouse, Sales, and Quality to ensure we're delivering for our customers, while balancing operational realities. You will continue the strong partnership with our 3PLs and 4PLs to deliver in full and on time.
This role is about more than just processing orders — it's about understanding how Customer Service drives outcomes for True Foods and our customers.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and coaching a team of Customer Service Officers
* Owning accurate and timely customer order processing across retail and foodservice
* Partnering with Planning and Sales to manage priorities when constraints arise
* Proactively communicating changes, delays or risks internally and to customers
* Monitoring service performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Supporting issue resolution and driving continuous improvement across the function

* Have a strong understanding of how an end‐to‐end supply chain operates
* Are highly detail‐oriented and can spot anomalies before they become issues

* Use data and insights to guide decisions and improve outcomes
* Are comfortable working in an environment of constant change and evolving priorities
This is a role for someone who can balance the needs of the business, the customer, and logistics to land the best possible outcome for all parties.
Experience That Will Set You Up for Success
* Experience in customer service, order management or supply chain roles
* Exposure to FMCG, manufacturing or fast‐paced environments
* Experience leading or coaching a team (formal or informal)
* Confidence working with systems, data and Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills across both customers and internal stakeholders
