The Role
This is a fixed term, full time opportunity for a 6-month period, with the potential to extend.
As the first point of contact for our highly valued clients you will be immaculately presented with excellent verbal and written communication skills, be motivated, driven, and have completed Year 12 (or equivalent).
This is a full time role for an enthusiastic and proactive individual looking to gain valuable experience and build on your administrative skills. A typical day may include:
* Greeting clients and offering refreshments
* Answering incoming phone calls
* Preparing meeting rooms and arranging catering for internal events/seminars
* Maintaining a tidy reception and office
* Managing meeting room bookings and resolving booking conflicts
* Ordering and organising stationary and kitchen supplies
No previous experience is necessary, but we want you to be excited about the learning opportunities ahead of you.
