Your Role:
You'll play a key role in creating unforgettable dining experiences for our guests – from fine dining to casual cafes, weddings to large events. Whether you're a newly qualified Chef or a seasoned professional, there's a place for you in our dynamic and supportive kitchen brigades.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality meals across a variety of outlets including restaurants, cafes, and large events.
* Contribute to the creativity and execution of diverse cuisine styles.
* Support smooth kitchen operations with strong prep, presentation, and teamwork.
* Mentor junior team members and share your culinary knowledge.
What We're Looking For:

Requirements:
* Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).
* Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* A proactive attitude and passion for culinary innovation.
* Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
* Open Australian driver licence (manual preferred for some roles).
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
