As a strategic community nursing leader in our Eastern Sector, you will be responsible for the operational delivery of community nursing services across the Temora, Young and Tumut clusters.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing clinical leadership to ensure evidence-based care within contemporary models of practice.
* Ensuring governance processes are in place, including timely incident response, complaint management, and risk mitigation.
* Leading quality improvement initiatives, patient safety enhancements, and staff engagement programs—demonstrated through key performance indicators, outcome measures, patient surveys, and audit results.
