About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and values driven Manager Aged Care & Disability Services to lead the delivery, growth and quality of our programs. Reporting to the CEO and forming part of the Executive Management Team, you will provide strategic leadership, oversee program performance, ensure compliance, and drive continuous improvement across aged care and disability services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide strategic and operational leadership as part of the Executive Management Team
* Lead and manage Aged Care, Disability Services, and HACC‐PYP programs
* Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards, Disability Standards, and relevant legislation
* Oversee program delivery, performance, reporting and continuous quality improvement
* Manage budgets, financial performance and funding acquittals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with community, stakeholders and funding bodies
* Support, mentor and develop a multidisciplinary team
* Drive service development, growth and sustainability of the portfolio
* Promote culturally safe and accessible services for Aboriginal community members
About You
* Diploma in Business, Bachelor of Community Services or equivalent
* Demonstrated leadership experience in aged care and/or disability services
* Strong knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
* National Disability Standards
* HACC‐PYP and relevant program guidelines
* Experience managing budgets, reporting and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills
* Ability to supervise, support and develop staff
* Understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health and community services
Other Requirements
* Current Victorian Driver's Licence
* Working with Children Check
* National Police Check
* Ability to obtain required aged care/disability clearances as required
