Bathurst's Family Hotel is looking for a highly motivated and organized Assistant Venue Manager to manage the overall operations of our venue while on shift. As a key member of our management team, you will lead and manage a team, providing regular coaching, training, and mentoring to improve service standards.
The Role:
* Overall operations of the business
* Leading and managing a team
* Cost control with a focus on labor
* Ensuring excellent customer service
You will also be responsible for maintaining a good understanding of gaming and ensuring compliance and legislative matters are adhered to and reported on.

* Strong knowledge of food & beverage
* Strong leadership skills
* Effective time management and organizational skills
* Knowledge of current liquor legislation
