We are currently partnering with a well-known not-for-profit to find a hands-on Payroll Lead to step into a 6-month contract starting 9th June. If you're someone who can hit the ground running, lead from the front, and manage complexity with ease, this is one to look at.

What you'll be doing
* Lead a fortnightly end-to-end payroll for approximately 1000 staff across 7 sites
* Manage a small payroll team
* Work with set 24/7 roster patterns
* Drive leave reconciliations, annual & LSL
* Ensure compliance with relevant Awards and EBA's
* Month and year end reporting
* Use Aurion & Humanforce (cloud-based)
* Present insights to CEO & Board
What I'm looking for
* Proven Payroll Lead / Manager experience
* True end-to-end payroll ownership (including year-end)
* Background in complex, multi-site environments
* Confident presenting to Execs & Board
* Strong eye for data & detail
* Experience dealing with the Fair Work Ombudsman
