About the Role
Estia Health Plenty is seeking an experienced Residential Aged Care Manager with a strong clinical background, who can make a major difference in the lives of our residents by leading our aged care home towards operational excellence. The position is located at 321-327 Diamond Creek Road, Plenty, VIC 3090 and reports directly to the Regional Manager.
Responsibilities
* Find the best way forward for residents and people.
* Run a tight ship – maintaining efficiency and operational safety.
* Keep the lights on and ensure revenue targets are met.
* Inspire your team to perform and grow.
* Build ties with the community to everyone's benefit.
Qualifications
* A real desire to make a difference in people's lives.
* At least five years of management experience.
* Background in aged or medical care.
* Experience working with multiple systems.
