Job Title: Corporate Finance Professional - Transaction Services
Overview of the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our corporate finance team as a highly skilled professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing due diligence and transaction advisory services to our clients.
* Analyze detailed financial information including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow forecasts, and key operational data.
* Proactively synthesize and convert data into meaningful information to analyze trends and conclusions.
* Develop well-articulated analytical and commercial insights, prepare financial due diligence data books, and write high-quality reports for buy-side, sell-side, and pre-lend due diligence assignments.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will have the following key responsibilities:
* Participate in meetings and conference calls with target company management and client personnel to ensure exceptional client service delivery.
* Assist in Investigating Accountant's Report assignments for capital raisings and IPOs.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth and development.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience:
* A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and a CA or international equivalent.
* A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a mid-to-large-size professional services firm with expertise in Transaction diligence roles.
* Strong numerical and analytical skills with sound business acumen.
* High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Fluent written and spoken communication skills, as well as strong report-writing and presentation skills.
