Building & Construction - Foreperson / Supervisor - QLD Regional Gold Coast - Permanent / Full Time

The position can be based in Hope Island or Southport. Our client provides a broad range of property services to large and small Strata Management, Strata Brokers, Owners Corporations and Property Managers across Australia. Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Engage, coordinate and manage trades for strata direct projects
* Communicate and negotiate with trades to track the progress of jobs
* Liaise between strata managers and owners and coordinate access to properties
* Provide regular repair progress updates to customers and deal with disputes and issue resolution as required
* Meet SLA & KPI requirements driving performance expectations
* Ensure work conforms to legislative and contractual OHS requirements
* Ensure all inspection, certificates of final inspection and other relevant documentation are signed off
* Represent our business with professionalism and build trusted client relationships
* Help drive the division's performance – from margin control to pricing strategies

Key Selection Criteria
* Ability to supervise residential & commercial projects
* Carpentry / Building Trade Qualification highly regarded
* Cert IV in Building & Construction ideal, however not essential
* QBCC licence preferred but not essential
* Strata or Insurance building background highly regarded
* Ability to build effective relationships with both internal & external stakeholders
* Strong customer service skills
* Ability to be empathetic to the needs of the client
* Good work ethic & highly motivated
* Strong computer skills & sound knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Familiarity with OHS practices, legislation & regulations
* Ability to manage multiple & competing priorities
* Current & valid motor vehicle licence
