About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional who understands the healthcare, disability, aged care, community services, or vocational education sectors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate leads, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and support business growth across both Bright Lilly Healthcare and Bright Lilly College.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns.
* Manage social media platforms, website content, and digital marketing activities.
* Create engaging content including newsletters, brochures, flyers, videos, and promotional materials.
* Coordinate community engagement activities, networking events, and industry expos.
* Build relationships with NDIS participants, support coordinators, healthcare professionals, schools, employers, and community organizations.
* Monitor marketing performance and provide regular reports and recommendations.
* Assist with student recruitment and business development initiatives for Bright Lilly College.
* Support client acquisition and brand growth initiatives for Bright Lilly Healthcare.
* Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels.
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in marketing, communications, business development, or a related field.
* Previous experience within the disability, healthcare, aged care, community services, education, or training sectors.
* Strong understanding of NDIS and/or vocational education and training environments.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
* Strong networking and relationship‐building skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
* Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
Desirable
* Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
* Experience with CRM systems, graphic design tools, and content creation.
* Knowledge of Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) and student recruitment strategies.
* Experience in healthcare or disability services marketing.
