* Key Responsibilities:
* Assist tradespeople with tasks on various machines, including CNC, manual lathes, and mills, to produce parts for marine vessels.
* Follow safety directions and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
* Operate forklifts and gantry cranes safely and efficiently.
* Participate in general warehousing duties, including receiving and dispatching goods.
* Develop excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders.
* Be willing to undertake physical work and adapt to new situations.
