About the Role
Trade Counter Sales, Warehouse Operator – full‑time position based in Derby, WA, reporting to the Store Manager. Deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence in the timber & building supplies hardware store.
Role Overview
We offer a broad product range including CSR Gyprock, Cemintel Fibre Cement, Bradford Insulation, timber, paint, hardware and building products. Key responsibilities include:
* Follow and prioritise the CSR Never Walk Past Policy for personal and workplace safety.
* Serve as an all‑rounder in store, yard and warehouse duties, providing excellent service to customers.
* Warehouse operations such as picking orders, stock counts, replenishment and merchandising.
* Conduct regular checks of mobile plants and equipment on site.
* Maintain high standards of housekeeping in warehouse, yard and retail areas.
* Load and unload vehicles and perform other duties to maintain presentation.
* Handle inbound goods.
Hours: Monday‑Friday 7 am‑5 pm; every second Saturday 8 am‑12 pm.
