We're growing and looking for Mortgage Broking Specialists to join our team in a full‐time, permanent role. This is a paid salary position offering strong autonomy, flexibility and structured career progression within a modern mortgage brokerage.

If you're an experienced lender or broker who enjoys owning relationships, generating business and delivering outstanding outcomes — without the constraints of branch banking — this role is built for you.

Structured Career Progression at Brokify
* Mortgage Broking Specialist – $70,000 – $90,000 + incentives Progression based on performance, portfolio growth & leadership capability
* Senior Mortgage Broker – $90,001 – $110,000 + incentives Continued growth, mentoring responsibilities & consistent high performance
* Executive Mortgage Broker – $110,000 – $150,000 + incentives Leadership influence, strategic contribution & brand growth
* From there, high‐performing brokers may have the opportunity to transition into a:
* Equity Partner within BROKIFY
* Franchisee / Self‐Employed model under the BROKIFY brand

About the Role
* Role Type: Permanent, full‐time
* Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience) + performance incentives
* Location: Victoria (mobile & flexible working)

This is a highly autonomous, mobile role suited to self‐driven professionals who thrive on building their own pipeline while being supported by strong systems, marketing and operational support.

You'll meet clients where and when it suits them — outside traditional branches and standard business hours — while growing Brokify's presence through self‐sourced business and supported leads.

What You'll Be Doing
* Provide tailored mortgage and lending solutions aligned to client needs
* Proactively develop new business through networks, referrals and partnerships
* Manage the end‐to‐end client journey from first conversation to settlement
* Work closely with our processing team to ensure smooth deal flow
* Build long‐term relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
* Consistently meet or exceed performance targets

This is a role for professionals who want to own outcomes — not just execute instructions.

What You'll Bring
* Experience in home lending, mortgage broking or a similar finance role
* Strong understanding of residential lending, credit policy and compliance
* Proven ability to generate and grow a client base
* Excellent networking and relationship‐building skills
* A client‐first mindset with strong commercial awareness
* Certificate IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (or willingness to obtain)
* Broader financial services experience or leadership capability will be highly regarded
