General Manager, South Australia | Large Scale Service Operations Responsibilities
* Reset stakeholder confidence and improve service performance.
* Full operational and commercial accountability.
* Lead a large frontline workforce and oversee multi-site operations.
* Manage complex contract, workforce, and stakeholder environment.
* Implement restructure of leadership model, clarifying accountability.
* Oversee commercial performance, workforce engagement, operational delivery and industrial relations priorities.
* Build trust with frontline teams, senior executives and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Experienced operational executive leading a large, complex service business with a frontline workforce of 500+ and holding full P&L accountability.
* Background in transport, logistics, infrastructure, resources, mining services, utilities, waste, facilities management or a similarly complex contract‐based environment.
* Commercially disciplined with ability to manage business against scope, budget, KPIs and contractual obligations.
* Strong stakeholder management capability with proven ability to rebuild confidence with demanding external stakeholders.
* Experience in regulated, complex or highly scrutinised environments is highly regarded.
* Calm, credible, energetic, and capable of setting clear expectations and holding leaders accountable.
* Based in, or willing to relocate to Adelaide.
