Leadership Role
* Provide leadership skills to drive team culture, community development, referral management, and supporting teams to support people experiencing domestic and family violence.
* Oversight of counsellors' provision of timely, effective, and high-quality therapeutic services.
Requirements
* AHPRA registration or eligible for AASW membership.
* Extensive direct clinical experience in psychosocial assessments, therapeutic counselling, risk assessment, and safety planning.
Key Accountabilities:
1. To develop and implement a strategic plan that aligns with the service's goals and objectives.
2. To build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including staff, clients, and partners.
3. To lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
Developing strategic plans is essential for long-term success.
As this role requires extensive travel within your designated area, you will be required to have a valid driver's license.
