We are seeking a skilled Business Consultant, based in Gladstone who excels in articulating growth strategies for businesses through the adoption of technology, infrastructure, equipment, and governance. Specializing in Grants and Tender Writing, Strategic Documentation, and the development of Integrated Management Systems (IMS), the ideal candidate will leverage their expertise to drive client success by securing funding opportunities and optimising organisational processes.

While you celebrate wins with clients, you also recognize the importance of meticulous planning, strong time management, exceptional communication, and factual accuracy required for each submission.

THE ROLE:

As a Business Consultant specializing in Grants and Tender Bid Writing, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and enhancing client relationships. Your key responsibilities include:

* Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business needs and objectives, translating these into compelling grant and tender submissions.
* Working alongside stakeholders, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and State Managers to gather crucial information for bid responses that effectively communicate our value propositions.
* Crafting high-quality content for bids, proposals, and tender submissions, ensuring clarity, persuasiveness, and alignment with client requirements.
* Managing multiple tenders simultaneously, adhering to strict deadlines while maintaining exceptional standards of quality and accuracy.
* Conducting thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends, ensuring our bids remain competitive.
* Developing, implementing, and optimizing Integrated Management Systems (IMS) frameworks for client organizations, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Preparing comprehensive documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and compliance documentation related to grant and tender submissions and IMS implementations.
