The Program: You'll play a key role in uplifting customer experience (CX) for a critical stakeholder group through replacing legacy technology with transformative digital solutions.
You'll partner with UX & CX specialists as you incorporate human centred design thinking into your approach, whilst also supporting a critical ServiceNow implementation.
What you will be doing
* Engage effectively with business and digital stakeholders including users of the proposed solution.
* Identify and analyse outcomes desired including needs, preferences and pain points.
* Uncover opportunities to leverage new technology capabilities.
* Identify, elicit and document business processes for business users / groups.
Desirable Experience
* Proven experience as a BA within Digital, UX/CX, or HCD
* Strong process modelling skills (bonus points for BPMN 2.0).
* Hands‐on exposure to ServiceNow
