Senior Business Banking Manager- Broker role, you will join the Business Banking Team that’s doubling down on winning together.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess economic value and risk potential of new business via your Broker network.
- Educate customers about their business options and providing sound advice about risk and opportunities for growth.
- Proactively leveraging networks of internal and external contacts to help identify current referral opportunities.
- Implement initiatives to support customer acquisition in my local market.
- Talk to customers about their proposed annual business plans.
- Prepare and submit customer lending proposals.
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for customer service, which is demonstrated by consistently going above and beyond.
- Strong Sales focus coupled with deep commercial acumen.
- Can do attitude that thrives in a high pressure & fast paced environment.
- Ability to apply creative out of the box solutions for problem solving.
- Strong prior demonstrated experience within business and/or credit assessment.
- Proven track record of quickly establishing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships with a diverse range of brokers and stakeholders internally and externally.
- Business related degree and/or post-graduate professional qualification.
- A commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk.
