ABOUT THE ROLE
Location: USQ Toowoomba
* Casual position available
* Ability to work days, nights or weekends
* Up to 12 hour shifts
* Level 3 award
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Providing strong customer service solutions to visitors, contractors & clients
* Conducting building patrols to actively report and mitigate security & safety risk
* Identifying and reporting hazards and building faults for rectification
* Providing support to tenants and facilities
* Managing contractors and deliveries through dock management
* Responding to emergency situations
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
* Strong customer service skills
* Proactive and problem‐solving mindset
* Willingness to support and step up into other roles as required
* Ability to work well in a team or autonomously
* Ability to work in a rotational roster (nights/days/weekends)
* Australian citizen or holder of unlimited work rights
* Experience on large geographical sites or within education desirable
* Demonstrated ability to prepare and write reports
* Demonstrated ability to monitor CCTV and access control systems (highly desirable)
* Availability, physical fitness and ability to walk and stand for long periods
* Valid QLD Security Licence and QLD Driver's Licence
* Crowd control including monitoring subclass will be highly desirable
* Current First Aid & CPR certificate
