We are seeking a talented individual to join our Recovre team at Marsh. This role will be based in Brisbane, Cairns or Rockhampton. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
Responsibilities
* Build trust with clients and establish collaborative partnerships with all stakeholders.
* Identify hurdles to return to work following illness or injury and collaborate to problem solve, plan and achieve safe, sustainable recovery and return to work and independence.
* Work in a multi‐disciplinary team and share expertise with others.
* Conduct thorough assessments including vocational, pre‐employment, activities of daily living, workplace and ergonomic assessments.
* Manage case management and reporting.
* Travel to clients with flexible work‐from‐home and office‐based arrangements.
Qualifications
* Full ASORC membership or AHPRA registration.
* Preference for Rehabilitation Counseling experience.
Desirable Skills and Experience
* Strong collaborative skills within multi‐disciplinary teams.
* Experience in conducting diverse assessments related to rehabilitation and return to work.
* Flexibility to work across client sites, from home, and office locations.
