Telehealth Nurse Job Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated and experienced nurse to join our team of professionals in delivering co-managed primary care to older Australians.
This is a casual and flexible role ideal for someone who loves autonomy, variety, and the chance to see new places while making a real difference in aged care.
As a Telehealth Nurse, you'll play a key role in coordinating and facilitating telehealth consults with GPs, Geriatricians, and Physicians, ensuring residents receive the right care at the right time.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and support telehealth rounds in aged care facilities across multiple regions
* Liaise with GPs, Specialists, and on-site nursing staff to deliver seamless care
* Manage schedules, documentation, and follow-ups using smart technology (tablet/laptop provided)
* Build strong relationships with facility staff and residents
* Support the ongoing growth of our service model through collaboration and communication
Requirements:
* AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse
* Minimum of 2 years experience
* Aged care experience (leadership or clinical coordination highly regarded)
* Strong IT skills and confidence working with digital systems
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A current drivers' license and reliable vehicle
* A proactive professional and flexible approach to work
