Job Summary:
As a safety-focused leader, you will oversee multi-disciplinary contractor teams across complex underground civil utility environments. This role is ideal for someone ready to step up from a leading hand position, with strong technical skills and the ability to manage site setup, project delivery, and client communication from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Supervise and coordinate multiple contractor teams across underground civil works
* Set up and manage project sites from mobilisation to completion
* Interpret plans and scopes of work, identifying and communicating deviations
* Rapidly escalating onsite risks and issues to project managers and clients
* Ensure safety, environmental and quality standards are met
* Conduct site audits and risk assessments
* Maintain accurate records and utilise technology for documentation

You're a hands-on leader with a strong civil background and a keen eye for detail. You thrive in dynamic environments and are confident managing multiple work fronts.
Requirements:
* Trade or technical qualification in civil or electrical infrastructure (desirable)
* Experience supervising underground civil works and multi-disciplinary teams
* Proven ability to read and interpret plans and scopes of work
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working around existing utilities and managing site risks
