The Opportunity. You'll initially step in as a Senior PM, taking ownership of major industrial builds while working closely with the Directors. From day one, you'll be exposed to the broader business — strategy, resourcing, client relationships, and delivery standards — with a clear plan to transition into a Construction Manager role.
Key Responsibilities
* End-to-end delivery of industrial construction projects
* Managing programmes, budgets, and client relationships
* Leading site and project teams to ensure high-quality outcomes
* Driving performance across safety, quality, and delivery
* Mentoring Project Managers and junior staff
* Contributing to business growth, systems, and operational strategy
About You
* Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within commercial construction
* Strong background delivering industrial builds (warehouses, logistics, manufacturing facilities, etc.)
* A natural leader who can build and develop high-performing teams
* Commercially astute with strong client-facing capability
* Ambition to step into a Construction Manager role in the near term
