Position Title: Commis Chef
Location: Robina campus, Bond University, Gold Coast.
About the Position
Bond University Food and Beverage team seeks an experienced, motivated, customer‐focused Commis Chef to prepare food following set guidelines, ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation, and delivering exceptional product and service.
Responsibilities
* Prepare food according to recipes and standards.
* Follow food and beverage procedures to meet State and Federal OH&S and health and hygiene standards.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Support the team in a busy, fast‐paced environment.
Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role.
* Appropriate level of culinary training.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure in a team.
Salary & Benefits
Hourly rate: $39.92 (includes 25% casual loading), plus 12% superannuation and applicable penalty rates.

Working Hours
Casual appointment – minimum 30 hours per week, flexible shifts between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm.
