About the Role
This educational leadership role is ideal for someone with prior experience in a similar setting who is passionate about making a real impact, both in the classroom and across the service. You'll work with our Centre Director to support daily operations, lead curriculum and programming, and mentor a dedicated team of educators to deliver high‐quality, meaningful learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
* Support day‐to‐day centre operations and act as Responsible Person or cover ratios when needed
* Lead curriculum direction and inspire reflective practice across all rooms
* Coaching, mentoring and supporting educators in planning and program delivery
* Collaborate on compliance, quality improvement and family engagement

Qualifications and Experience
* Diploma or bachelor's in early childhood education (Early Childhood Teachers encouraged to apply)
* Must be available to act as the Responsible Person, including opening and closing the service when required
* Experience as an Educational Leader or 2IC (essential)
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and inquiry‐based, child‐led practices
* Confident in curriculum design, programming, planning and critical reflection
* A genuine passion for mentoring and helping others grow
* Current WA Working with Children Check, First Aid & CPR
* Currently residing in Perth, WA (interstate candidates will not be considered)
* Must have full working rights in Australia (Ascolta does not offer sponsorship)
