Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations. Diagnose and repair electrical faults, collaborating with the maintenance team and electrical superintendent to resolve complex issues. Perform repairs and overhauls on motors, circuit breakers, relays, switches, and other electrical components. Conduct electrical testing, including insulation resistance, continuity, and diagnostic procedures to ensure optimal performance. Support instrument technicians in maintaining and troubleshooting control systems and instrumentation. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and testing to meet regulatory requirements. Qualifications & Skills required: Certificate III in Electrical Technology (unrestricted QLD Electrical License essential). Proven experience in installation, fault-finding, and repair of electrical equipment.
