06th June, 2026 About the company Our client is a large, complex organisation running a significant HR systems programme. They operate at scale with multiple integrated platforms and a workforce that demands reliable, clean people data. This is a business where your testing work has real downstream impact. About the role You'll be embedded in an HR transformation programme, focused on functional and data migration testing across core HR platforms. Working across a cross-functional delivery team, you'll own test activities from planning through to sign-off, with particular focus on data integrity and system integration across a connected HR ecosystem. Duties / Key responsibilities Design and execute functional test cases for HR system implementations (SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM or equivalent) Lead data validation and migration testing across the full test lifecycle Conduct integration testing across connected HR platforms and data flows Identify, log, and manage defects through to resolution in collaboration with technical and functional teams Contribute to test planning, reporting, and risk identification across a complex, multi-workstream programme Benefits Embedded in a large-scale HR transformation with real complexity and visibility Work alongside experienced programme and change delivery teams Contractor-friendly engagement with a clear remit and defined deliverables Flexibility to work with a range of HR platforms and data environments Skills and experience Minimum 5 years' QA/testing experience, with a focus on HR system implementations or people data migrations Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors, Workday, SAP HCM, or a comparable HR platform Strong background in data validation and migration testing Experience with integration testing across connected systems and data flows Ability to manage test activities across the full lifecycle, from planning through to sign-off Comfortable operating in complex programmes with multiple interdependencies Exposure to large enterprise or corporate environments (desirable) Experience with test management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent If you're interested in this opportunity and feel you're the right fit, please click "apply" or contact Luke Prendergast, luke.prendergast@allurapartners.com.au.
