About the Role
We're seeking enthusiastic Casual Sales Assistants to join our team at The Athlete's Foot Albury! Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the team to exceed sales goals and KPIs
* Assist in processing and managing large volumes of stock
* Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch online orders
* Maintain store cleanliness and support housekeeping, visual merchandising, and general upkeep
* Bring a positive, can-do attitude every day to help customers find their perfect fit
Skills and Experience
* Customer service experience is preferred but not essential
* Demonstrate a genuine interest in footwear and an active lifestyle
* Thrives in a fast-paced, energetic team environment
* Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed sales targets
* Receptive to feedback and committed to continuous improvement
