Overview
Trojan Recruitment Group is seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for multiple locations in Sydney, requiring immediate commencement for the right candidate.
Locations & Shifts
* Blacktown – 6am to 2:30pm, $/hr
* Horsley Park – 8am to 4pm, $/hr
* Yennora – 6am/7am/8am start, $/hr
* Ingleburn – 6am to 2pm, $/hr
* Casula – 2pm to 10pm, $/hr
* Bankstown – Day shift, $/hr
Key Responsibilities
* Operate High Reach forklift for picking, replenishment and putaways.
* Operate Counterbalance, High Reach forklift and Aisle Master.
* Pick and pack orders with high accuracy to meet deadlines, performing quality checks.
* Use RF scanning and basic computer skills.
* Perform manual handling, including heavy lifting.
* Carry out general warehouse duties both manually and using a forklift.
Key Requirements
* Valid LF licence.
* Minimum 1 year experience operating High Reach, Counterbalance, Aisle Master or Clamp forklift on a daily basis.
* Experience with RF scanning and pick/packing; must meet KPIs.
* Strong verbal communication skills, able to work independently and within a team.
* Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
* Strong safety focus.
* Own reliable transport for travel.
* Ability to pass a Criminal History Check/Police Check with no disclosable court outcomes and drug and alcohol testing.
