The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Business Development within the Facilities Management sector and advanced Microsoft Suite knowledge.
* Maintain and develop a wide network of contacts within the market, building relationships in the designated marketplace to ensure maximum exposure to tender opportunities.
* Have the ability to bid for single, bundled or TFM opportunities across one or all service lines.
* Represent the company at meetings as required and secure new business while building intercompany networks.
