Finance Manager opportunity within a small property development business.

Reporting to the Managing Director and COO, you will oversee end-to-end finance functions and a small team of accountants.
Responsibilities
Financial reporting for group entities, including the parent company
Monitor accounts payable and receivable
Group entity level work, including loan and tax-related work
Consolidation of group reporting
Monitor ongoing compliance to accounting policies and standards
Cash flow forecasting responsibilities
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will be CPA or CA qualified with experience in a small-medium property development business or similar.
You must have written and verbal business proficiency in Mandarin or Cantonese to be considered for this role.
