About the role

This senior role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer and is responsible for all sales across Woolworths, Big W and Aldi nationally.

Key responsibilities include;

* Developing and executing annual sales plans to achieve agreed revenue, volume and margin within agreed spend targets
* Develop and execute JBP's to deliver agreed joint outcomes with regular reviews with your key customer partners
* Drive cost effective promo programs and manage claims and processes with you finance partner
* Develop and present strategic category reviews to identify growth opportunities and maximise shelf positioning
* Own the P&L for your designated customers
* Ensure forecast accuracy and work closely with your cross functional partners to ensure positive business outcomes
* Represent the business at trade and customer events
About You
* You understand the Australian FMCG industry and retailer landscape
* You have proven account management skills across categories such as confectionery, food or beverage, snacks or other high profile FMCG categories
* You are financially and analytically astute across IRI, Quantium and Neilsen and capable of analysing market data and insights to develop actionable strategies
* You must have proven knowledge of the Woolworths account and how it operates and you are highly regarded by the customer. Knowledge of Aldi and Big W a plus
