**Qualifications / Skills**
Business Partnering Team
- CPA, CA or CIMA qualified
- Minimum 3 years experience working in finance teams and preparing month end reporting
- Effective analyst with the ability to prepare reports and analyse variances and trends
- A proven track record of delivering deadlines in a fast-paced environment and juggling competing priorities
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability to develop and document business processes
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- A desire for continuous learning and the ability to pick up tasks quickly
- Strong work ethic and team player with
**Key Responsibilities**
- ANZ business reporting
- Review financial transactions and month end journals, suggesting areas of weakness and improvements
- Review balance sheet reconciliations
- Perform and prepare month end accruals and prepayments +Analyse reports, calculate variances and provide insightful trends
- Review payroll data and accuracy
- Support the finance transformation and automation plans
- Collaborate and effectively communicate with key stakeholders
- Enhance data accuracy and continuously find ways to effectively improve data efficiency
- Provide support to the Finance Business Partner and stakeholders
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support Support the budget and forecast process
