Dispensary Technician (Permanent Full Time)
Dispensary Technician will support the Pharmacists in providing a great patient experience and timely and accurate dispensary operation.
Responsibilities
* Accurately dispense prescriptions
* Maintain awareness of patients in-store at all times
* Actively assist the Pharmacists in providing service and product information to patients, including the provision of relevant and appropriate health information
* Assist with Dose Administration Aids
* Provide support to other team members
* Ensure all dispensary administration duties are performed, including organising and maintaining the cleanliness of the dispensary area
Qualifications
* Completion of the S2/S3 certificate, or Cert II/III in Community Pharmacy is highly desirable
* Previous pharmacy dispensing experience is essential
Work Hours
It is expected that you will be flexible to meet the operational requirements of the pharmacy, including early starts, late finishes and weekend/public holiday work, as our pharmacy operates every day, 365 days.
Remuneration
Remuneration will be dependent on experience with a forecasted salary between $60,000-$65,000 p/a (dependent on hourly rates and roster).
