Australian Caravan Centre is currently recruiting, and an exciting full-time opportunity exists for an OEM Parts Coordinator to join our national operations team.
As a key support role within our Parts Department, you will be responsible for coordinating OEM parts for Supreme and Leader Caravans dealerships Australia-wide. This position requires someone who is physically fit, organised, and able to self-manage their time effectively. You will work closely with suppliers, dealerships, and internal teams to ensure parts are sourced, packed, and delivered efficiently.

Monday – Friday
8.00am – 4.00pm
Craigieburn location
$32.00 – $40.00 p/h + Superannuation
(Dependent on experience and qualifications)
Your key responsibilities will be:
* Coordinate and manage all OEM parts for Supreme and Leader Caravans across all dealerships nationally.
* Organise freight for parts, including safe packaging and loading items into caravans where required.
* Pick up orders, parts, and make deliveries to various suppliers as needed.
* Drive between sites to support operational requirements.
* Complete administrative duties such as emails, web-based forms, data entry, and phone communication.
* Assist with unloading containers on occasion.
* Operate a forklift for light duties (if licensed and competent).
About you:
* Physically fit and capable of manual handling.
* Strong ability to self-manage your time and work independently.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
* Confident communicator with the ability to liaise with suppliers, dealerships, and internal stakeholders.
* Competent computer skills and experience using web-based systems.
* Current forklift licence highly regarded (not essential).
* Previous experience in parts, logistics, warehousing, or caravans/RV industry is advantageous but not essential.
* A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to a supportive team environment.
