Water Treatment Specialist Opportunity

The role of a Water Treatment Specialist is to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and conveyance pipelines. Key responsibilities include reviewing design requirements, conducting site investigations, performing calculations and modeling, overseeing drafting, and preparing reports and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage multi-disciplinary teams in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations and conveyance pipelines.
* Review design requirements, conduct site investigations, perform calculations and modeling, oversee drafting, and prepare reports and specifications.
* Develop and implement effective project management strategies to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure that projects are delivered to meet their needs and expectations.
* Contribute to the development of business proposals, bids, and tenders, and provide technical expertise to support the growth of the company.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
* Proven experience in the design engineering of water and wastewater treatment plants, reservoirs, pump stations, and conveyance pipelines.
* Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
* Ability to travel on occasions as required by the job.
