About the Role
As Practice Manager, you will lead the overall operations of the clinic, ensuring exceptional patient experiences, efficient day‐to‐day workflows, and a high‐performing team. You will work closely with clinical, front office, and patient coordination teams to deliver outstanding care while driving operational and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, mentoring, and developing the clinical and front office teams.
* Overseeing day‐to‐day operations, chairside support, and clinical compliance.
* Managing rosters, recruitment, performance, and training.
* Driving operational and commercial performance to meet clinic goals.
* Fostering a calm, professional, and supportive environment for patients and staff.
About You
You are an organised, confident, and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast‐paced healthcare environment. You bring strong leadership capability and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences while developing high‐performing teams.
You will ideally have:
* Experience managing clinic operations, financial performance, and team development.
* Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams including clinical and administrative staff.
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem‐solving skills.
* A passion for patient care, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
