About the role
Reverence Community Care is seeking an experienced Psychologist to join our team in Bacchus Marsh, Victoria on a part-time basis. As a Psychologist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health support and counseling services to our clients in the local community. What you'll be doing
1. Conducting comprehensive psychological assessments and developing tailored treatment plans for individual clients
2. Providing evidence-based psychological interventions such as cognitive behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based therapies, and family/group counseling
3. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care
4. Maintaining detailed case notes and providing regular progress reports
5. Participating in continuous professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychology
What we're looking for
1. Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
2. Minimum 3 years' experience working as a Psychologist, preferably in a community or healthcare setting
3. Strong clinical skills in areas such as counselling, psychotherapy, and psychological assessment
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
5. Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
6. Commitment to continuous professional development and staying up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in psychology
