Salary: $70,000 to $80,000
We are seeking a qualified, experienced, passionate and driven chef to join our Kitchen Team venues over multiple locations in Regional NSW/QLD. The Chef prepares and maintains excellent standards of food preparation and presentation for a range of meal types and cuisines.
The Chef reports to the Head Chef and is responsible for supervising and managing other chefs in the kitchen. This role will require you to prepare and cook food in accordance with set requirements and regulations. You will be required to work with other staff members to deliver food in a fast‑paced setting.
Core objectives include:
Preparing a range of meals for guests of the venue, including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks to a high standard
Ensuring menus, food standards, procedures and processes are followed
Working with the Head Chef to diversify and produce menus
Supervising and managing kitchen operations as required
Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen area is in line with current health regulation standards
You will be passionate about cooking and interested in Up-to-date Australian. The above list is not exhaustive and the role may change to meet the overall objectives of the company.

Qualifications
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
Certificate IV in Hospitality Management / Diploma in Commercial Cookery
Experience
Minimum three years relevant experience as a chef with the ability to display required competencies
Managing and efficiently running a kitchen and kitchen staff
Menu design and implementation
