Residential Sales Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Residential Sales & Design Consultant to join our team in Balcatta, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process, including consulting with residential and light commercial clients, understanding their air conditioning needs, and creating tailored design solutions.
* Consulting with clients to understand their air conditioning needs and preferences
* Creating customized design solutions to meet client requirements
* Managing the sales process from initial consultation to final installation
* Building strong relationships with clients and providing exceptional customer service
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to clients
* Strong customer service and sales skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
* Experience or knowledge in interior design, furniture, or furnishings is preferred
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
* Prior experience in air conditioning, HVAC, or a related field is advantageous
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in sales or design will be highly regarded
