What you'll be doing?
* Lease Management: Coordinate and manage lease renewals, rent reviews, and new leases for the Asset Management Division.
* Documentation Expertise: Handle essential lease documentation, including disclosure statements, HOAs, CTAs, and RTAs.
* Client Onboarding: Support the Asset Management Division in onboarding new clients and assets into the portfolio.
* Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Office Manager, ensuring smooth operations.
Who are they looking for?
* Commercial Property Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in commercial property management or related field.
* Professional Attitude: Demonstrate high attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
* Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication abilities and maintain a professional presentation.
* Registration: Hold an Agent's Representative registration.
* Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS365 Word & Excel (intermediate or higher level) and experienced with property management software.
* Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer service to maintain the company's high standards.
* Citizenship: Must be an Australian citizen to be eligible for this position.
