Responsibilities
* Managing day‐to‐day store operations to ensure smooth business performance
* Monitoring stock levels, ordering products, and coordinating inventory control
* Supervising staff, preparing rosters, and managing team performance
* Ensuring high standards of customer service throughout the store
* Managing budgets, pricing, sales targets, and profitability
* Implementing promotional activities and merchandising strategies
* Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety procedures
* Handling customer complaints and resolving operational issues
* Maintaining store presentation and cleanliness standards
* Liaising with suppliers and senior management regarding operational requirements
* Determining product mix, stock levels and service standards
* Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies
* Promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services
* Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
* Managing staff recruitment, training, and supervision
* Ensuring occupational health and safety compliance
* Analysing sales performance and preparing reports for management
* Controlling operational costs and improving business efficiency
Qualifications
* Relevant qualification in Retail Management, Business, or related field
* At least one year of recent full‐time experience in a similar Retail Manager or supervisory role
