Job Description
This role is focused on leading engineering teams and driving project delivery for Defence initiatives. As an Engineering Delivery Lead, you will oversee the allocation of technical resources, set team tempo, and drive engineering outcomes.
You will serve as the primary customer-facing technical lead, fostering confidence and alignment with clients. Your responsibility will include applying structured approaches to design, assurance, and risk management within the Defence environment.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading engineering teams, allocating resources effectively, and maintaining delivery momentum across complex projects. You will also engage directly with clients, building trust and guiding technical direction proactively.
