About the team
RFDS WA Primary Health Care delivers accessible, high‐quality healthcare services to rural and remote communities across Western Australia. In partnership with Curtin University's Goldfields University Department of Rural Health (UDRH), our new General Practice Clinic in Kalgoorlie will increase access to comprehensive and preventative healthcare while supporting the development of future rural health professionals.
About the role
* Deliver professional front‐of‐house reception and administrative support to patients, clinicians and visitors
* Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, Medicare processing and practice management systems
* Support efficient day‐to‐day clinic operations while contributing to a positive patient experience and high‐quality care delivery
About you
* Previous experience in medical administration or a similar healthcare reception role
* Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for patient care
* Experience using practice management software, preferably Best Practice
* Working knowledge of Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and related billing processes
* Highly organised with strong communication, interpersonal and administrative skills
* Permanent, full‐time position based in Kalgoorlie
* Salary packaging up to $15,900 per annum plus up to $2,650 meal and entertainment benefits
