Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team delivering new electrical infrastructure as part of Fortescue's decarbonisation program at the Eliwana and Flying Fish mine sites.
Scope of Work
* Installation of LME and SME electric charger facilities (DC and AC systems)
* Civil construction works: earthworks pads, trenching, drainage, site layouts
* Installation and integration of transportable pit power substations with 33kV powerlines
* Deployment of field switches and in-pit electrical infrastructure for electric excavators, drills, and mobile assets
Responsibilities
* Lead safe execution of all civil works, including pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and hazard management.
* Ensure compliance with HSE plans, legislation and correct use of SWPs, JHAs and Take 5s.
* Plan and coordinate labour, plant, materials, construction methodology and testing requirements.
* Liaise with project teams to ensure resources are available and work packs are prepared effectively.
* Direct daily activities to meet schedule, budget, productivity and quality targets (including ITP compliance).
* Complete daily reporting: timesheets, dayworks, site diaries, progress updates, forecasts and lookahead planning.

* Recognised Australian Trade Qualification
* Valid Driver's Licence
* Working at Heights
* Confined Space
* Minimum 5 years' experience in civil construction within mining, resources or oil & gas
* Strong planning, coordination and resource management capability
