Your new role
As a Tender and Seller Management Officer, you will play a key role in managing end-to-end tendering and evaluation processes and supporting seller lifecycle activities across multiple marketplaces and panels. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating tender documentation and managing panel refreshes or Request for Tender (RFT) activities.
- Evaluating tender submissions, conducting compliance checks, and assessing financial viability.
- Applying key frameworks such as Foreign Ownership, Control or Influence (FOCI) policy and Seller Performance Management Framework.
- Monitoring marketplace status, reporting risks, and advising on corrective actions.
- Reviewing seller profiles and implementing performance management processes.
- Contributing to process improvements and supporting strategic sourcing initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Knowledge of Commonwealth Procurement Framework, including PGPA Act and CPRs.
- Experience in tender evaluation, compliance checks, and financial viability assessments.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with excellent attention to detail.
- High-level verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and SharePoint.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
