About the Role As a Contract Administrator, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of commercial fit-out and construction projects from procurement through to project completion. Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and subcontractors, you will be responsible for managing commercial and contractual aspects of projects while helping ensure delivery on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Letting and managing subcontractor packages through to final account Preparing and administering subcontract agreements Managing variations, progress claims and subcontractor payments Assisting with project budgeting, forecasting and cost reporting Monitoring project costs and maintaining financial controls Supporting procurement activities and supplier engagement Liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers Assisting Project Managers with commercial and contractual matters Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements Supporting successful project delivery from commencement through to handover Skills & Experience 3 years' experience as a Contract Administrator within commercial construction, fit-out or refurbishment projects Experience with Procore and Hammertech preferred Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and subcontract management Experience managing project costs, variations and progress claims Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contract documentation Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related qualification preferred What's on Offer Salary up to $150k Package depending on experience Diverse portfolio of commercial construction and fit-out projects Strong project pipeline and long-term career stability Supportive and collaborative team environment Exposure to experienced industry professionals and mentors Career progression opportunities as the business continues to grow Competitive salary package aligned with experience Modern office environment and positive company culture Why Apply?
